We’re looking forward to gathering on the mountain for another weekend of ice cream-in-the-woods, music, games, wonders of nature, community and LN2. In the next week or so, you’ll start to see more information posted here regarding the specifics of this year’s event – tentative menu, tentative budget, some updates about how ice-cream-making and serving may happen this year, a poll about favorite flavors, etc. If there’s something you’d like to do or host at Baitcon, now is the time to start talking to us and working to make it happen.
If you’re planning to attend but haven’t yet registered, please remember that you must do that before June 24th. Everyone in your group has to be registered. You can get to the registration system via the invitation

The Scholarship Fund is busy – we’ve received over $900 in donations – thank you to donors! We’ve received over 20 requests-for-scholarship and we’ve been able to grant 10 of those thus far.
The Abode staff is hard at work preparing the mountain camp for us and we are very much hoping for great weather that weekend. This year you’ll once again see the lovely Baitcon banner at the arrivals tent too – made by Donna Dube and recently entrusted to our care – it will truly be a welcome sight.
