Please explain your flavors?

As the years go on, it gets harder to remember what people actually put in their cleverly named frozen treat if we didn’t write it down at the time and, since people ask “what as {foo}” fairly often, I’d like to try to be able to remember.

If you’ve ever made ice cream that wasn’t plainly named, (take a look at if you don’t remember!) please take a moment and mail ice-cream (or post to the lj) with any explanations you might have.
