IMPORTANT: Food things for xxXi

Hi everyone, I’m trying to reach out to everyone who has entered that they have food issues, I should have emails sent out to everyone by Friday.
The menu will be the same as last year. I was worried about it being stale, the same thing as last year, but was told it’s only once a year, and everyone likes the gumbo

At this point people who specifically want to volunteer to work meals can email me. We need a couple of people to prep and a couple to wash pots and pans, for every meal. Prep is a before meal time period, pots and pans is a during or after thing.
Persis Thorndike is our dining room manager and could do with a set up helper before each meal, and LizO is breakfast lead.

I want to emphasize some stuff from the food page.
We take allergy issues really seriously, that’s why we ask that any food donations come to the kitchen. We can make sure it’s all OK.
Another issue is that in between meals the tables in the dining room are often where people are prepping ice creams, and have their own ingredients, and it becomes unclear what is meant for what.
If you bring something that is prepared food, not fruits and veggies, please provide an ingredient list. If it uses something premade, snap a pic of the ingredient list.
BTW, we love when people bring stuff, we just have to be careful
