If you have any medical condition or allergies that we should be aware of, please make sure to let us know via your registration form. Please tell us, even if we’ve known about it for years. The medical staff may change each year and out of respect for your privacy, we do not keep this information from year to year.
BCC will likely have at least one MD and some RNs on site this year. There are also a few very skilled First-Aid folks and a kick-ass First Aid kit (thanks for that go to Dr. Jen and Phil Rhino).
2 cars will be parked near the kitchen at all times as designated emergency vehicles. A complete set of directions to the nearest hospital (along with phone numbers) can be found in the First Aid kit and in each of the emergency vehicles. The closest hospital is Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA.
